Welcome to GalaxyHub ("we", "our", or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application HappyMods ("the App").

By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information required to provide our services:

• Usage Data: We may collect anonymous data about how you interact with the App (screens visited, features used) to improve the user experience.
• Device Information: We may collect general device information such as OS version and device model to ensure compatibility and fix issues.
• Advertising: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to this data directly.

We do NOT collect:

• Your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information
• Your location data
• Your contacts, photos, or microphone access

3. Game Data & Third-Party API

All game information, artwork, screenshots, trailers, and metadata displayed in the App are provided by the RAWG Video Games Database API (rawg.io).

We have obtained the necessary authorization and API access rights from RAWG to display their data within our application. RAWG remains the owner of all game data. For more information about RAWG's data practices, please visit rawg.io.

We do not store any game data on our servers — all content is fetched in real time from the RAWG API.

4. Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to serve advertisements, including interstitial, rewarded, native, and app open ads.

AdMob may use cookies and device identifiers to deliver personalized ads based on your interests. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → turn off Personalized Ads

5. Data Storage

Your personal collection (saved games, favorites, statuses) is stored locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers or any third party.

If you uninstall the App, all locally stored data is permanently deleted.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. Third-Party Links

The App may contain links to external websites (official game websites, trailers, etc.). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
